Creative Home Designs, Inc. started designing custom homes in the Memphis area back in 1985. Keeping up with trends, introducing fresh ideas in the market, and listening to customer needs, Creative Home Designs, Inc. became one of the area leaders in designing homes.
Taking the same philosophy, Creative Home Designs opened offices in Murfreesboro, TN and Brentwood, TN (Nashville area). Our portfolio of plans has grown to serve most any needs. This includes houses ranging in size from 600 sq. ft. to 7000 sq. ft., duplexes, attached unit, or planned communities.
In 1998 we opened our mail order division. The idea was not to just offer quality home plans to you, but to also offer the personal touch. Listening and discussing changes with individuals and builders alike, Creative Home Designs, Inc. of America wanted to bring the personal service that made us successful in our local markets.
Member of AIBD
We are members of the American Institute of Building Design and we meet the requirements of the AIBD by laws and the work experience standards deemed necessary to gain comprehensive knowledge of the profession of building design.
The American Institute of Building Design maintains a registry of building designers who have demonstrated outstanding competence in the field. Those people so certified are permitted to use the title of Certified Professional Building Designer, which can only be appointed by the National Council of Building Designer Certification. Certified members are deemed qualified to perform services required in any portion of planning, design, and construction, as permitted in their state of residence or practice.
